The layout causes sounds from parties and guests to echo throughout the hotel, making it a less than restful environment. Limited sunbed availability means you’re competing for space on busy days.

The included breakfast was generous, and dining at the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering a stunning 360-degree view of Medellín. The staff, especially David, provided exceptional service, making my stay truly enjoyable.

However, the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow, which made it problematic to work remotely. Additionally, a more efficient check-in process would have improved the experience, as I had to wait for door access. I also think they should consider offering small refrigerators in the rooms for convenience.
